Mechanical Supervisor
Responsibilities:
  • Carry out weekly toolbox talks.
  • Fulfil weekly reports and issue all variations and delays to the line manager.
  • Cooperate and coordinate site activities together with other trades.
  • Prepare two weeks' forecasts for forthcoming works.
  • Ensure the labor requirements are met and maintained as per project schedule requirements.
  • Making sure the quality of the work is maintained at a high quality.
  • Ensure that the Sub Contractors are working as efficiently as possible.
  • Certify all plant materials onsite are as per agreed specifications.
  • Ensuring all delivered materials are coordinated and stored safely and securely.
  • Verify all Sub Contractors Plant and access equipment is certified and in good working condition.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering or similar essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain good customer relationships with other contractors while working on sites.
  • Knowledge of mechanical systems in the data center environment.
